Following the news earlier in the year that revered fashion label Vetements was set to launch a new label dubbed VTMNTS, the first look at the debut collection from the French newcomer has just arrived online.
Comprising a selection of unisex wares aimed at the younger generation, the brand’s design approach builds on the tropes of classic menswear staples with a focus on modern, minimal and long-lasting pieces. In the place of logos, barcodes have replaced the traditional identifiers while the offering itself seems to go against the new label’s very ethos with vibrant colours and graphic prints featuring heavily throughout. Speaking on the drop, the brand commented:
“Buying good quality, well-made garments that could last for years is the most conscious step towards sustainability”
