Continuing Nike’s recent rollouts with some of music’s heaviest hitters, the global sportswear brand look set to give Colombian superstar another shot at a Jordan classic, with unofficial images coming to light of a J Balvin x Air Jordan 2.
Having previously come together for a vibrant iteration of the Air Jordan 1, J Balvin and Nike look like they’re back at it as unofficial on-foot imagery comes to light. This more toned down sneaker features quarter panels and collars that come adorned with a padded sky blue material, whilst the toe box arrives in a simple smooth light blue leather. Moving towards the back of the shoe, the sky blue theme continues as cloudy graphics adorn the lower heel and shoe interiors, with J Balvin’s signature smiley face graphic also being seen in and amongst the graphic. Lastly, additional features include a white midsole, pink lace tips, as well as a set of glow in the dark ball-and-wings logos, which appear on the outsoles and tongues.
No release date has been set for the J Balvin x Air Jordan 2 so far, but stay tuned to PAUSE to keep up to date.
