Danish military-inspired brand HALO has launched their latest collection, celebrating “the serenity and unfiltered realness of the everyday.”
Gritty urban environments and unfiltered cityscapes provided the inspiration for the autumn-winter collection, which includes a utilitarian line-up of wardrobe staples and outerwear.
HALO was founded in 1981 by ex Danish Special Forces Helge Petersen, who was innovative in his use of parachute fabrics to create products that were functional as well as stylish.
Today’s collections stay true to their military roots with a range of versatile, functional pieces fused with urban street fashion.
The new collection features a rich medley of military browns and greens mixed with vintage blue and signature HALO Bordeaux. Technical fabrics are also prevalent throughout the collection, combined with minimalistic cuts for a contemporary feel.
The street-ready line-up includes heavy-weight puffer jackets made from recycled down and the brand’s iconic fleeces in a variety of styles and designs.
