Dsquared2 is teaming up with Italian outdoor accessories brand Invicta to launch a new collaborative collection of colourful ready-to-wear clothing and accessories.
United by a shared ideology for travel and style, the main capsule was revealed in #D2Hi_king, Dsquared2’s Men’s AW 2022 fashion show in Milan, whilst key backpack designs were made their debut during the accompanying Women’s AW 2022 collection, #D2takeatrip.
Dsquared2 and Invicta’s brand philosophies draw inspiration from “adventure and discovery”. Dressing for the Canadian outdoors has been a defining design code of Dsquared2, while Invicta’s impact on pop culture flourished in the 80s, with the brand’s backpacks worn by young Italians on journeys to see new vistas and experience other cultures. In the following decades, Invicta cemented its lifestyle status with new generations.
The capsule blends Dsquared2’s maple leaf and the cursive I from Invicta to create a new embroidered patch ‘co-mixed’ logo that appears on backpacks, baseball caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts and colourful gaiters. The patch also features as a decorative motif on a men’s teddy sweatshirt which was seen on the Fall Winter 2022 runway.
The Dsquared2 x Invicta capsule collection is available to purchase in all Dsquared2 stores, website and worldwide selected retailers.
