Aldi launch UK’s cheapest dozen red roses for Valentine’s Day at £3.99

Aldi’s price-friendly roses mean you needn’t splash out to make someone feel special this Valentine’s Day

Aldi’s Dozen Red Roses are available from February 11

The day of love is synonymous with red roses, but they can be pretty pricey depending on where you buy them.

Thankfully, you don’t need to spend a fortune to get your hands on a bouquet of red roses, as Aldi is selling them for a fraction of the price they usually would cost this Valentine’s Day.

The supermarket chain now does a dozen red roses for just £3.99 – an absolute bargain.

Whether you’re picking up a bunch for your best friend or your partner, the wonderfully affordable bunch will save shoppers a whopping 84% compared to Waitrose’s dozen red roses – which cost £25.

If you’re keen to buy some, you’ll be able to pick them up in store from February 11.

Another lovely option from the discounter is the Specially Selected Shades of Love Bouquet, which is priced at £29.99.

The bouquet features 100 premium quality roses, arranged with Madam Red, Tacazzi, Candy Party, Ensemble, Opus, Royal Jewel, Lovely Jewel, Light Tacazzi, Lowland and Sweet Tacazzi.

Or you can keep things sweet and simple with Aldi’s Single Rose, £2.49, which comes as a single Madam Red Rose and is perfect for showing someone you care in a subtle way.

And it’s not just red roses Aldi has up its sleeve for Valentine’s Day this year.

The budget retailer has also launched a brand new Ballycastle Red Velvet Cream Liqueur in time for the big day.

A moreish blend of double cream and red velvet flavours, the liqueur means shoppers can save a massive 67% compared to Baileys.

The bottle is priced at £7.25 for 70cl and it can be enjoyed neat or over ice.
