Adam Driver joins forces with Burberry to front a campaign for the brand’s new Hero Eau de Parfum.
Marking the Oscar-Nominated actors second time collaborating with British fashion house, following his internet breaking appearance in photographer Mario Sorrenti’s 2021 editorial ad for the Hero Eau de Toilette, the new campaign film (directed by Jonathan Glazer and again captured by Sorrenti) sees Driver race a large white horse into the ocean, and swim alongside one another as a the House of Gucci star says in voiceover: “It takes courage to embrace your extraordinary. Burberry Hero.”

In a detailed description of the new ad, Burberry say in a statement: “The campaign presents a man in search of freedom and personal transformation – no longer held back by preconceptions. An embodiment of freedom, transformation and masculine energy. An exploration of oneself and respect for the majesty of the natural world.”
On working with Driver, Burberry creative director Riccardo Tisci says: “I am so thrilled to have worked with Adam, he has incredible depth in articulating what masculinity means today — how strength can be subtle, and emotions can empower.”
